Professional Master in Applied AI for Enterprise Operations

60 ECTS-equivalent credits · blended (on-site weeks in Valletta + remote project work) · 12 months · next intake January 2027. Cohort size is capped at 24 participants.

Structure. Four modules (Data foundations for decisions · AI deployment patterns in operations · Governance, risk and vendor management · Capstone project in the participant's own organisation), followed by a supervised capstone delivered inside the participant's company.

Admission. Minimum 7 years of professional experience with at least 3 in a budget-holding or decision role. Selection is based on the operational problem the participant intends to solve.

Executive Certificate in AI Deployment for Customer-Facing Operations

15 credits · hybrid (two on-site days in Valletta + 6 remote sessions) · 12 weeks · next intake March 2027. Designed for directors of operations, digital and customer experience in resorts, retail chains, mobility and venues. Ends with a deployment plan reviewed by the faculty.

In-house programmes

The same faculty designs and delivers closed cohorts for single organisations. Reference areas include queue and guest-flow optimisation, revenue-management analytics and AI-enabled service operations.
